Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated B2B Sales Professional for a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi, India. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and converting potential business clients, managing the entire sales cycle, and building strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, providing client training on our platform, managing customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets. As a key member of the sales team, you will also collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to meet and exceed sales targets and coach other team members
  • Proficiency in Training to guide clients on using the platform and maximizing its benefits
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and market practices is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Relevant educational background in business, sales, or related fields is preferred
