Job Description
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Administration Experience managing Azure services such as VMs, App Services, Storage, Networking Good understanding of Azure AD, IAM, and security concepts Experience with Azure Backup, Site Recovery, and monitoring tools Knowledge of networking concepts (VNet, NSG, VPN, Load Balancer) Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Azure CLI) Understanding of cloud cost management and optimization Experience working in production support environments
Administer and support Microsoft Azure environments including compute, storage, and networking services Provision, configure, and manage Azure Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, VNets, and Load Balancers Monitor Azure resources for performance, availability, and security using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics Implement and manage Azure Active Directory, RBAC, and access controls Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations using Azure services Apply security best practices, patches, and compliance standards Troubleshoot and resolve Azure infrastructure and connectivity issues Support cloud migration and optimization initiatives Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks Work collaboratively in an Agile / ITIL-based support model
