Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Healthcare IT delivery leader to own large-scale service delivery, account growth, and P&L management for US Healthcare clients. This role requires a strong technology background, delivery excellence, presales exposure, and market growth orientation, managing complex portfolios at scale.

Experience: 18–24 Years

Location: Chennai / Hyderabad / Noida

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Healthcare IT service delivery across large US healthcare accounts.
  • Drive account growth, deal expansion, and presales solutioning across staff augmentation, fixed price, managed services, capacity-based, output and outcome-based engagements.
  • Manage $100M+ P&L portfolios, ensuring revenue growth, margin optimization, financial governance, and SLA compliance.
  • Lead delivery of Application Management (ASM/AD/AMS), Application Support, Modernization, Data & AI, and GenAI solutions.
  • Build and scale high-performance Agile engineering teams in a global onsite–offshore model.
  • Act as executive sponsor for key healthcare clients, driving customer satisfaction, QBRs, and escalation management.
  • Lead and mentor large global teams (800–1000+), fostering strong engineer experience and leadership pipeline.
  • Collaborate with global leadership to align healthcare delivery strategy with enterprise objectives.
  • Identify new opportunities across Digital Health, Data, AI, and Application Modernization.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 20+ years of experience in IT services / consulting, with senior leadership experience in healthcare delivery.
  • Proven track record managing:
  • $100M+ delivery portfolios
  • 800–1000+ employees
  • Strong background as an Engineering / Technology delivery leader.
  • Extensive experience delivering US Healthcare IT services, with understanding of healthcare compliance and security standards.
  • Hands-on experience with presales, client engagement, vendor management, and stakeholder governance.
  • Expertise in global delivery operations, agile transformation, and multi-program execution.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering / technology or related field (mandatory).
  • MBA or equivalent (preferred).
