Job Description

Utthunga is looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with a strong focus on API testing to join our dynamic quality assurance team. If you have a solid background in designing and implementing test automation frameworks, expertise in API testing tools, and a deep understanding of RESTful APIs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in software testing, with a specific focus on API testing and validation.
Utilize API testing tools such as Postman and Rest Assured, demonstrating a clear understanding of RESTful APIs.
Design and implement robust test automation frameworks and strategies for comprehensive testing.
Work proficiently with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, and Locust for end-to-end testing scenarios.
Leverage build and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, and GitLab for seamless integration into the development pipeline.
Possess a deep understanding of how changes at different lifecycle stages can affect API functionality.
Be familiar with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, with leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of AWS and large-scale IoT Systems is a plus.
