Job Description
Job Purpose:
To assist the sales team in various tasks to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ultimately contributing to increased sales and customer satisfaction
Job Context:
Streamline the sales process by handling tasks like data management, documentation, Sampling, reports analysis, co-ordination with production.

Logistic follow up for blended yarn | - Co-ordination with SCM team for pick up and deliveries.
- Tracking of consignments.

Reports | - Outstanding Order reports
- Stock reports
- Making of S&OP reports
- Plan with sales team and co-ordinating with production team for system wise production and daily basis comparison of production with plan

Job Processing of yarn | - To coordinate with sales team and job vendors for various job activity.
- Co-ordinating with vendor, go-down and packing team for on time raw material delivery to vendor.
- GRN, testing, packing etc.
- Vendor monthly bill passing and monthly stock tally.

Outsource, Purchase, Goods Return Material Packing | - GRN, unloading, testing and packing of outsource, purchase, goods return material co-ordinating with Procurement, packing, SQC and go-down team.
- Monthly report and stock tally for outsources material.
- Payment follow up for sale-purchase material.

Dyeing and Reprocessing of yarn | - Issuing the material in SAP and arrange material to respective location for Dyeing or reprocessing.
- Follow up for Dyeing/Reprocessing/Packing so as to avoid delay.
- Quality testing, packing of processed material in correct material code and weekly report.

Sampling (as and when required) for Linen and Blended yarn | - Arrange samples of linen and blended yarns for the customers.
- Co-ordinating with production and go-down team for arrange sample on time.
- Sharing the details of courier to the customer and sales person.

Consignment Sale process for Linen and Blended yarn | - Monthly tally of consignment sale and upload manually sales where error comes.
