Job Description

  • Should have at least 5 years of SAP ISU-Device Management (DM) experience with 2-3 years in SAP S/4 HANA projects.
  • Experience in minimum 1 end-to-end Implementation and 2 support projects.
  • Experience in Enhancements using User-Exits / BAPIs
  • Experience in Interfaces with SAP and Non-SAP systems and ALE/IDOCs
  • Proven knowledge of integration with ISU, Customer management, Billing and Invoicing, works management & FICA
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong client-facing experience
  • Associate should be able to travel based on project requirements.
  • SAP functional experience specializing in design and configuration of SAP ISU DM module.
  • Strong experience in Device Management area and EAM Processes.
  • Well-aware of regulated/deregulated market billing scenarios, adjustment reversals, budget billing, out sorts, bill/invoice locks, exceptions, manual billing, collective billing, etc
  • Expertise in delivering E2E process of Device Management including the Billing and Non Billing scenarios.
  • Expertise in Move-in, Move -Out, Meter Install, Meter Removal, and Meter Replacement process for Service Order completion.
  • Deep understanding of TMD, BMD & Billing Master data, BPEM & Print workbench

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to understand the End to End ISU CRM solution particularly New Connection Process
  • Responsible to Prepare the End User manual for End to End New Connection Process W.r.t. Device management
  • Responsible to plan and execute the Key user and End user Training.
  • Be willing to work in UAE timings
