Domain Expertise:
- Strong understanding of telecom domain including OSS (Operational Support Systems) and BSS (Business Support Systems) such as service provisioning, network management, billing systems, CRM, order management, and mediation
- Hands-on experience with telecom services like network management, billing, CRM, order management, mediation, and service provisioning
- Experience with telecom protocols, APIs, and technologies (e.g., SIP, IMS, LTE, 5G).
- Validate telecom protocols, APIs, and end-to-end workflows for services such as VoIP, LTE, 5G, and IoT
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong knowledge of testing tools (HP Octane, JIRA).
End-to-End Testing
- Conduct and oversee functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for telecom OSS/BSS systems.
- Ensure proper validation of network provisioning, billing, CRM, and other telecom modules.
Manage test data creation and ensure alignment with real-world scenarios.
