Work as part of a successful India Centre of Excellence (COE) team responsible for delivering all aspects of contract administration for the Pacific, South East Asia, and India
Comply with business processes and controls in order to deliver best-in-class customer service and order management fulfilment
Key Deliverables
Successful and timely booking and lifecycle handling of all service contracts
Support Pacific, South East Asia and India Operations/Regional Admin with all required administration activities
Work within guidelines of Global policies and processes
Key Responsibilities
Administer all aspects of Project and Services management in SFDC/SAP
Equipment schedule setup & Preventative Maintenance Service Request management
Purchase Requisitioning (SAP)
Validation of PO & obtain supplier acknowledgement
Expedite orders via supply chain
Goods receipt of orders on delivery
Generation of contract renewal package for Sales/Operations
Ensure good document control
Invoice generation (attention to specific customer/country requirements)
WO closure in SFDC
Generation & booking of contract renewal opportunities
Customer master data set up & management
Clear concise communications with local Sales, Operations & Regional Admin

Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in a Customer Services environment, preferably with contract administration expertise
Must have completed Post Secondary education
Experience working in a multi-discipline team
