About the Role:
• Work closely with Account Managers to meet the requirements of the clients in sourcing, screening, and scrutinizing the applications received from suitable candidates. (Resources) for international requirement.
• Strong research and networking skills to find and imply strategies for the perfect candidate.
• Solid understanding of talent acquisition from social media, referrals, networking, and relevant advertising campaigns.
• Screening of applicants through databases, forums, social media, etc.
• Able to plan and execute a qualitative approach to the recruitment process.
Required Skills:
• Proactive team player and must have worked in any team environment.
• Strong English communication and coordination skills
• Deadline and goal-oriented person
• Willingness to work in the night-shift
• Should have a keen interest in working in the recruitment industry
• Graduation in any field is mandatory
