Job Description

  • Perform first-level diagnostics and basic troubleshooting for Windows, Linux, and networking equipment.
  • Monitor the operational status of systems through dashboards and alerting tools.
  • Log incidents and provide detailed reports to L2 Engineers and IT supervisors.
  • Replace hardware components such as sensors, power supplies, or cables as per SOPs.
  • Coordinate with airport personnel and passengers during system disruptions.
  • Escalate unresolved or critical issues to L2 Engineers or OEMs.
  • Provide shift-end handovers and contribute to daily activity logs.
  • Follow all safety and security protocols within the airport environment.
  • Report issues at regular intervals via Excel/Word.
  • Perform hardware maintenance.
  • Maintain a site report log book.
