Job Description
As an Associate Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving successful SAP S/4HANA PP-PI implementations for our clients in the manufacturing/process industry. Your deep understanding of batch process manufacturing and hands-on experience with S/4HANA will be key to delivering high-quality solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing functional expertise and ensuring smooth project execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA PP-PI implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide functional expertise and guidance to the project team, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and process re-engineering to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Configure and customize S/4HANA PP-PI modules to meet client-specific needs.
- Perform unit and integration testing, ensuring the system's functionality and performance.
- Document and maintain project artifacts, including functional specifications and user manuals.
- Collaborate with the development team to address customization and integration requirements.
- Train and support end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SAP S/4HANA PP-PI.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA PP-PI implementations, with a focus on process industries.
- Strong domain expertise in batch process manufacturing, including knowledge of industry-specific processes and challenges.
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA tools and technologies, including Fiori and SAP UI5.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Certifications in SAP S/4HANA PP-PI or relevant SAP modules are preferred.
