Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of software deliverables with project goals and client expectations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of software tools and applications within product lifecycle management environments.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
