The role of administrator involves a great deal of multitasking. You will work with teams, oversee

the operations within your company, manage groups, coordinate with management and engage in planning according to the needs of your company. If there are office resources or administrative issues, you will be the person expected to deal with them.

Key responsibilities for the role:

Financial & Administrative Management

Manage monthly pan-India management reviews.

Oversee all administrative billing, including invoice verification, payment follow-ups with Finance, audit record maintenance, and petty cash management.

Handle budgeting, cost estimation, and forecasting for both Opex and Capex.

Procurement & Vendor Management

Execute vendor agreements and maintain Vendor Evaluation Scorecards for all partners.

Manage procurement for administrative, business, and facility requirements using multi-vendor comparisons.

Lead RFPs, vendor negotiations, and contract finalisation with nationwide coverage.

Operations & Compliance

Maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) for IT and Administration.

Manage all administrative inventory and monthly ordering for all city offices.

Ensure strict adherence to company policies while implementing administrative procedures and efficiency standards.

Maintain knowledge of and ensure statutory compliance.

Facilities & Maintenance

Develop and coordinate planned preventive maintenance programs for the workforce and building equipment.

Coordinate with the building administration team for regular maintenance and repair services.

Oversee office services to support departmental operations and identify necessary corrective action plans for support services.

Strategic Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall administrative efficiency.

Requirements:

- 5-6 years of admin management & billing experience in corporates

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and admin software

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
