As an Associate Manager-Acquisition (Household), you will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new household customers for the bank. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to identify potential customers and convert them into loyal clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential household customers in the Core Haryana region
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide suitable banking solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting the bank's products and services
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all customer interactions and sales activities
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel within the Core Haryana region as required

Additional Parameters
- Fluency in the local language is preferred
- Knowledge of the Core Haryana market is a plus
