Responsibilities

- Assist clients in navigating the company's products and services, providing support as needed.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance client engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client queries and issues.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing product features and benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client databases regularly.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in client relationship management or sales roles, preferably in the financial services, banking, or insurance sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve client relationships and service delivery.
