We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager with 4-6 years of experience in India to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The candidate must have a strong understanding of the Indian market and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to increase sales and revenue
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company products/services

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in key account management in India
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the Indian market and business culture
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in using CRM software
  • Willingness to travel frequently
