Job Description

Role Summary:

We are hiring a detail-oriented HR Operations Associate to run the day-to-day people operations and recruitment operations for The Convergence Foundation and allied organizations. This is an execution-focused role ensuring smooth hiring coordination, accurate HR data, clean documentation, and consistent process upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee records.

2) Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave updates, and HRIS hygiene

3) Coordinate performance cycle reminders and track closure.

4) Maintain compliance files and standard HR documentation.

5) Respond to basic policy/process queries and support day-to-day HR needs.

Must-Haves:

1) 23 years in an HR generalist role.

2) Strong Excel/Sheets skills and documentation discipline.

3) High attention to detail and ability to manage volume work. 4) Clear written communication and process orientation.
