Job Description

We are building a people-first, technology-driven organization focused on operational excellence and smart execution. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Associate to support our core HR and operational workflows. This role plays a critical part in managing employee lifecycle processes, maintaining compliance, enabling leadership operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning across the organization. The candidate will work closely with leadership, finance, and cross-functional teams to keep operations running efficiently.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations, administration, or similar operational roles

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations, or a related field

  • Experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, documentation, and exits

  • Hands-on experience with leave management, attendance tracking, and HR records maintenance

  • Ability to handle policy documentation, compliance requirements, and internal HR communications

  • Exposure to supporting finance-related activities such as MIS reporting and invoicing inputs

  • Experience managing leadership calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating across teams

  • Ability to facilitate internal communications, employee feedback, and coordination initiatives

  • Strong organizational, documentation, and data management skills

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and collaboration tools such as Slack, Calendly, Notion, or similar platforms

  • Passion for leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline HR and operational tasks

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong multitasking abilities with effective prioritization skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in execution

  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with ownership-driven execution

  • People-first attitude with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
