Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, manage incoming calls, and maintain reception decorum.
Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events for staff and management.
Handle mail, inquiries, copying, scanning, and filing of documents efficiently.
Monitor office supplies and perform other administrative support tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

Graduate degree in any discipline.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage front-desk operations professionally.
Prior experience in administrative or front-office roles preferred.
