Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Lead located in Kozhikode. The Sales Team Lead will oversee and manage a team of sales representatives, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, and build strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include setting team goals, providing coaching and feedback, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with other departments to align sales initiatives with organizational objectives. The individual will also play a key role in identifying opportunities to expand customer reach and drive business growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong Team Management and leadership skills to guide and motivate a sales team effectively
  • Proficient Sales and Customer Service skills to foster client relationships and meet revenue goals
  • Excellent Communication skills to articulate value propositions and negotiate with clients
  • Analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Ability to work in an on-site environment and coordinate team efforts proactively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in E-learning, arts education, or related industries is a plus
