Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive pharmaceutical product sales across the South Kerala region. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs)
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management
  • Conduct regular field visits, product presentations, and detailing sessions
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the management
  • Ensure proper stock availability at distributors and retail outlets
  • Organize and participate in medical camps, promotional activities, and product awareness programs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and expenses
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or any relevant field
  • 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of the local market in South Kerala
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Basic computer skills and reporting ability
