A high-impact Talent Acquisition leader with a player-coach mindset, responsible for driving large-scale hiring across Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and GenAI/AI-ML domains. The role combines hands-on execution for niche hiring with leadership of a high-performing TA team, ensuring delivery against aggressive hiring goals, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring delivery (200–300 hires annually) across niche and volume mandates
- Personally drive critical hiring in Data/AI domains through active sourcing, networking, and closures
- Lead and scale a team of 12–15 recruiters, driving performance, capability, and accountability
- Partner with business and global stakeholders to align hiring strategy with growth priorities
- Drive key recruitment metrics including TAT, offer-to-joining ratio, and hiring quality
- Build strong talent pipelines and market intelligence in highly competitive skill areas
- Influence stakeholders, manage expectations, and bring data-driven hiring insights
- Continuously improve hiring processes, efficiency, and candidate experience
Desired Profile
- 14–18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong exposure to Data/Analytics/AI hiring
- Proven track record of managing high-volume hiring at scale along with niche roles
- Demonstrated hands-on sourcing and closing experience (not purely managerial)
- Experience leading TA teams of 10+ members in fast-paced environments
- Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence senior/global leaders
- Data-driven mindset with ownership of hiring metrics and outcomes
- Background in analytics firms, GCCs, or IT services organizations preferred
