Project Manager

• Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all project stakeholders

• Lead projects from requirements gathering to deployment and closure

• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and execution plans

• Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure proactive risk management

• Coordinate internal and external resources for project delivery

• Monitor project metrics and conduct regular reviews

• Manage stakeholder communication including clients, executives, and internal teams

• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports (MPR) and action plans

• Ensure adherence to project management processes and quality standards

• Oversee Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and site dispatch activities

• Coordinate with sales for billing schedules and revenue tracking

• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and escalation handling

• Drive contract closure and ensure customer satisfaction

• Mentor and guide project engineers and team member
