Position:Head of Regional Sales – North India

Location:Delhi NCR

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established Luxury Hospitality and Experiential Leisure group in India, known for its portfolio of premium Resorts and immersive guest experiences across scenic destinations.

The organization is recognized for delivering high-quality, design-led hospitality offerings with a strong emphasis on sustainability, local integration, and curated experiences. With a growing footprint and multiple properties, the group continues to expand through strong brand positioning and strategic market penetration.

Scope of the Role

The Head of Sales – North India will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening market presence, and building strategic relationships across key segments including Corporate, MICE, Travel Trade, and Leisure.

This role involves leading the North India sales function, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing key accounts to maximize topline performance across multiple properties.

The position is based in Delhi NCR and reports to the General Manager – Sales at Corporate Office.

Objectives of the Role

  • Drive revenue growth and achieve topline targets across assigned properties
  • Strengthen presence in the North India market across key segments
  • Build and nurture strategic corporate and trade partnerships
  • Enhance market penetration for existing and upcoming properties

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

Own and drive revenue targets, develop and execute sales plans aligned with business objectives, and ensure consistent topline growth.

Market Development & Account Management

Identify and penetrate new markets, segments, and key accounts while strengthening relationships with corporates, travel trade, and MICE planners.

Pre-opening & Business Expansion

Drive pre-opening sales strategies for new properties including account mapping, early market engagement, and demand generation.

Client Engagement & Business Development

Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and meetings to increase share of business and build long-term partnerships.

Commercial Negotiations & Partnerships

Lead negotiations for corporate agreements, RFPs, and preferred partnerships to optimize revenue opportunities.

Market Intelligence & Sales Analytics

Analyse production data, market trends, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and improve performance.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Property Sales teams to ensure aligned positioning and selling strategies.

Reporting & Sales Governance

Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, CRM discipline, and timely submission of sales performance insights and pipeline updates.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Post Graduate in Sales & Marketing or equivalent qualification
  • 8 – 12 years of experience in Multi property Hospitality Sales preferably in a Regional Sales Office for Upscale Leisure Segment Properties.
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years at ADOS/ DOS or similar level in a Regional Sales Office
  • Strong exposure to Delhi NCR corporate and travel trade market
  • Experience in handling multiple properties or multi-brand portfolios
