Role: Associate Director – Bank Loan Ratings
Experience: 8 to 15 years
Job Role: Lead a team of analysts involved in rating of corporate sector entities. This includes manufacturing, trading, new age sectors in the mid-to large corporate space
Functional Skills / Knowledge
- Technical:
- Good understanding of regulatory framework and changes in the same
- Strong understanding of 3-4 sectors and overall knowledge of macro and global events impacting industries and companies in particular
- Good overall understanding of the credit aspects for all borrowers/ issuers
- Ability to lead teams and undertake and deliver division level projects
- Client Management / Stakeholder Management:
- Lead the team in meeting preparation covering analysis of past trends and future projections
- Undertake in-person meetings / telecon with senior management personnel at client side to discuss strategy, business and financial performance
- Engage with clients to understand issues/ concerns in the process and resolve them in coordination with all stakeholders and team members
- Writing and Presentation Skills:
- Writing detailed rating reports to explain the rationale behind the rating
- Making presentations to Crisil Ratings Rating Committee
- Preparation of sector notes
- Writing opinion pieces to cover developments / share outlook on various asset classes / sectors
- Regular Portfolio and Sector Monitoring
