About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations professional to lead and streamline our Mumbai operations. You will work closely with the Delhi Ops team, manage a small CS team, and coordinate with freelancers on project basis.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day operations and client service delivery

· Coordinate with Delhi Ops team and freelance resources for seamless execution

· Manage and mentor the Mumbai CS resource

· Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency

· Ensure timely project completion and quality control

Requirements

· 7–9 years of experience in operations (preferably in a service-oriented industry)

· Strong team coordination and stakeholder management skills

· Ability to work with remote teams and freelancers

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
