Hiring: Associate Director - Growth & Marketing | Bangalore

Are you a data-driven growth leader with a Zero-to-One mindset We are looking for a high-ownership professional to lead the growth engine one of India's leading EdTech platforms with over 20 million users.

This is not a traditional marketing role. As the Associate Director of Growth & Marketing, you will work closely with the senior leadership and founders to own the entire user funnel—from acquisition and activation to paid conversion and retention.

Working days: (5-day work week)

Working Mode: IN Office

Compensation: ₹25 - 28 LPA (Fixed)

Key Responsibilities:

Full Funnel Ownership: Drive end-to-end metrics across SEO, Performance Marketing, Affiliates, and Partnerships.

Conversion & Lifecycle: Mastermind user journeys and data-driven interventions using tools like Clevertap to optimize the path from Registration to Paid Conversion.

Performance Marketing: Oversee high-impact campaigns on Google, Meta, and other channels with a relentless focus on ROI and CAC optimization.

Organic Strategy: Lead SEO and content-led growth aligned with exam demand cycles.

Experimentation Culture: Build and scale a rigorous A/B testing framework to identify and exploit new growth levers.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 6-10 years in Growth/Marketing roles should have 4 years in B2C (Consumer Internet or EdTech preferred).

Expertise: Proven track record of driving measurable user growth and managing multi-channel funnels at scale.

Mindset: High ownership, analytical thinking, and the ability to operate in a high-growth startup ecosystem.
