Role Overview
We're looking for a Head of Marketing to own and drive Edmingle's end-to-end marketing function.
You will be responsible for building a scalable demand generation engine, strengthening our brand, and driving measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
This is a high-ownership, hands-on role working closely with the founders and leadership team.
What You'll DoOwn Growth & Demand Generation- Drive consistent pipeline growth across paid and organic channels
- Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall funnel efficiency
- Optimize CAC and channel performance
Scale Paid & Organic Channels- Manage and scale paid acquisition (Google, LinkedIn, retargeting, etc.)
- Drive organic growth via SEO, content, and distribution
- Work with existing agency partners and ensure strong ROI
Craft Positioning & Messaging- Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives
- Build strong messaging across website, campaigns, and sales assets
- Continuously refine positioning based on market feedback
Drive Campaigns & Creative Execution- Conceptualize and execute high-impact marketing campaigns
- Oversee creation of ad creatives, landing pages, and content
- Ensure messaging is sharp, differentiated, and problem-led
Experiment & Unlock New Growth Channels- Build outbound and growth experiments (email, partnerships, webinars, etc.)
- Identify and scale new acquisition channels
Leverage AI in Marketing- Use modern AI tools to improve:
- Content creation
- Campaign performance
- Personalization
- Workflow efficiency
Own Analytics & Reporting- Track key metrics: leads, conversion, CAC, ROI
- Provide clear insights and regular performance updates to leadership
Build the Marketing Function- Lay the foundation for an in-house marketing team
- Define processes, systems, and playbooks for scale
RequirementsWho You Are- 8–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- Strong experience in paid marketing, SEO, and funnel optimization
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth and pipeline
- Hands-on and execution-focused (not just strategy)
- Highly creative with strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment
- Familiar with modern AI tools for marketing workflows
Nice to Have- Experience in EdTech / SaaS for SMBs
- Exposure to global markets (US, Middle East, etc.)
- Experience building marketing teams from scratch
