Key Responsibilities

Business Management & Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end business delivery for individual clients, ensuring service excellence.
  • Own commercial and service responsibility, driving profitability and account growth.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of campaigns and marketing solutions to meet client objectives.

Relationship Management

  • Maintain and develop client relationships according to defined client strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and insights to clients.
  • Identify client cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive business growth.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Manage, motivate, and develop team members around client objectives and organizational culture.
  • Ensure alignment of team efforts to client strategy and expectations.
  • Monitor team performance and support professional development initiatives.

Strategic & Commercial Oversight

  • Translate client insights into actionable strategies to move the client's business forward.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop and execute campaigns, projects, and initiatives.
  • Monitor account health and ensure high client satisfaction.
