What you will be doing:

• Conduct live online product demonstrations for potential and existing customers
• Help customers understand product features, specifications, and usage
• Identify customer requirements and recommend relevant solutions
• Deliver clear and engaging product presentations to support sales
• Collaborate with the sales team to address queries effectively
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and product knowledge
