Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online product demonstrations for potential and existing customers
- Help customers understand product features, specifications, and usage
- Identify customer requirements and recommend relevant solutions
- Deliver clear and engaging product presentations to support sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to address queries effectively
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and product knowledge
Candidate Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with virtual meeting tools and digital platforms
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide solution-oriented guidance
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and work in a customer-facing role
Compensation
- Salary: ₹3.5 – ₹4 LPA (Fixed) + Incentives
Working Details
- Shift Timings: Between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Rotational Shifts)
- Working Days: Sundays working as per business requirements
- Probation Period: 1 Month
- Employment Type: Full-Time (Post probation)
