Role Description

The Associate - Corporate Relations and Campus Placement will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with corporate partners to facilitate student placement opportunities. The individual will work on organizing placement drives, conducting pre-placement activities, managing employer relations, and coordinating campus placement programs effectively. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, requiring collaborative efforts with the academic and placement teams to enhance career opportunities for students.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to conduct Due Diligence to ensure accuracy and informed decision-making
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with corporate partners, students, and internal teams
• Foundational knowledge of Finance to engage with industry professionals and organizations
• Basic understanding of Corporate Law and its implications in corporate engagement and hiring processes
• Proficiency in relationship management and building long-term partnerships with key stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in corporate relations, placements, or HR is advantageous
• Strong organizational abilities and an aptitude for event coordination
