Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an International Voice Process position located in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include handling customer interactions via voice calls, addressing queries, solving issues, and delivering an excellent customer service experience. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing solutions, maintaining records, and achieving quality and efficiency targets aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to manage client interactions effectively
- Analytical Skills to evaluate customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions
- Basic knowledge of Finance and Sales to support client discussions and promote business objectives
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and deliver results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in spoken and written English with global communication etiquette
- Experience in the international voice process domain is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
