Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate Architect role based in Kozhikode. The Associate Architect will assist in the development of architectural designs, collaborate with project teams, and ensure integration of efficient solutions in projects. Responsibilities include creating design concepts, managing project timelines, and working closely with stakeholders to meet project goals. The role also involves contributing to the preparation of architectural drawings, technical documentation, and detailed project plans.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in space planning and conceptual design based on client requirements.
• Knowledge of Revit Architecture and other software relevant to architectural projects
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in architecture or a closely related field
• Proficiency in architectural software tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with clients and project teams.
