Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Architect, interested to work at kozhikode. The Architect will be responsible for designing and conceptualizing architectural spaces, developing architectural plans, managing projects effectively, and ensuring seamless integration of various design aspects. Daily tasks include creating innovative designs, collaborating with stakeholders, supervising on-site development, and delivering projects that align with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration within architectural projects
• Ability to manage complex projects with effective organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Proficiency in architectural software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant applications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Prior experience in residential and commercial project design is a plus
• Portfolio showcasing creative and completed projects is highly beneficial
