Role Description

The Senior Interior Designer will play a vital role in creating innovative and functional design solutions for a variety of projects, including commercial and residential spaces. Responsibilities include space planning, preparing and reviewing construction drawings, managing FF&E selections, and collaborating with architects and other team members to ensure seamless project delivery. Reporting to the project leadership team, the designer will also oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects meet quality standards. This is a full-time on-site role based in Kozhikode.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces
• Experience with Architecture and understanding of construction processes
• Skill in preparing detailed Construction Drawings and specifications
• Knowledge and expertise in selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) for various design projects
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 render, Lumion, photoshop and other design tools
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing and completing interior design projects on time and within budget
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams
