Job Vacancy: Assistant National Manager Business Development & Sales in Heat & Energy Division.
Heat & Energy Division of Limited company is dealing with process heat equipment and Exclusive and authorised Global Licensee of Maxothermie brand high-performance synthetic thermic fluid by Capital Pure LLC, USA. We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager Business Development & Sales.
Position: Assistant Manager Business Development & Sales
Sales Location: All India
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: Vice President Business Development & Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business development initiatives and identify new sales opportunities for Maxothermie s synthetic thermic fluid.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in relevant industries.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and promotional efforts.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding product specifications and usage.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (experience in thermic fluid or industrial products is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and market analysis.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as required.
