Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Drive room bookings, banquet sales, conferences, and group reservations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.
  • Conduct sales calls, meetings, and site inspections.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Market Analysis & Strategy

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
  • Adjust pricing strategies in coordination with revenue management.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with Front Office, Reservations, Marketing, and Food & Beverage departments.
  • Ensure smooth execution of events and group bookings.
  • Coordinate with the Revenue Manager for pricing strategies.

Promotion & Networking

  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Maintain strong brand presence in the local market.
  • Promote loyalty programs and special packages.

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems.
  • Prepare contracts, proposals, and presentations.
  • Monitor payment collections and credit limits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and sales targets.
