Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tamil Nadu, India, for an Assistant Sales Manager. The role involves assisting in developing and executing sales strategies, working closely with clients to understand their property needs, and providing tailored consultation. The Assistant Sales Manager will oversee lead generation, maintain strong client relationships, handle required documentation processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless property purchases. Additional responsibilities include monitoring market trends, meeting sales targets, and reporting sales progress to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills to drive customer engagements and close deals effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and familiarity with property transactions, legal processes, and financial documentation
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools to track performance and client interactions
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address client needs and resolve issues effectively
  • Prior experience in the real estate or sales sector is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in English and regional languages of Tamil Nadu is highly desirable
