Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Assistant Sales Manager. The role involves managing client relationships, driving sales activities, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving monthly and yearly targets. Responsibilities include generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The Assistant Sales Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Team Collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis and Lead Generation
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work under deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
  • Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and adapt to a fast-paced environment
