Job Title: *Assistant Sales Manager Real Estate*

Reports To: Sales Manager / Sales Head
Experience: 2-5 years (preferably in real estate)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in managing sales operations, handling leads, guiding telecallers and sales executives, driving site visits, and ensuring closure of deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming leads from marketing campaigns and ensure timely follow-up
Guide and support the sales team and telecallers in handling customer queries
Schedule and manage site visits for prospective clients
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate property solutions
Assist in creating and executing sales strategies to meet targets
Regularly report to the Sales Manager on performance, leads, and conversions
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and documentation teams for seamless customer experience
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on market trends
Handle walk-ins at the site/office and convert them into bookings
Track and nurture potential leads through WhatsApp, calls, and in-person meetings
Key Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Lead management and follow-up expertise
Good understanding of the real estate market
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Teleduce, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
2+ years of sales experience (real estate preferred)
Fluency in [Language English, Hindi, Regional Language]
Compensation:
Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
