Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell international holiday and tour packages across various channels.
- Create customized travel itineraries based on client requirements, budgets, and current travel trends.
- Coordinate with global vendors for flights, accommodation, transfers, and activities.
- Stay updated on global travel trends, destination updates, and competitor offerings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare sales reports, client feedback summaries, and market insights as required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 28 years of experience in outbound tour sales.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations and travel documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in creating itineraries and costing for international destinations.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
