Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demos to potential clients.
  • Prepare and share business proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Marketing) to ensure project delivery.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM or reports.
  • Participate in business development planning, strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, or client visits when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 46 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Good understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in SAP, MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

CANDIDATE SHOULD BE WITH BACKGROUND IN METALS & ALLOYS, ELECTRONICS INDUSTRY/NUCLEAR INDUSTRY/DEFENCE & AEROSPACE INDUSTRY/OPTICAL INDUSTRY/COOKWARE INDUSTRY, WITH PROVEN EXPERIENCE 4-6 YEARS.
