A rapidly expanding multi-centre healthcare organisation with 50+ centres across India. We operate on a B2C healthcare retail model and are scaling quickly. We are looking for a dynamic sales leader who can take ownership, drive revenue, build strong processes, and lead teams across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive sales performance across all centres within the region.
- Set monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
- Monitor daily sales, enquiry flow, conversions, and overall revenue performance.
Team Management & Training
- Train and mentor counsellors, clinic teams, and sales staff to improve enquiry handling and conversion.
- Ensure strict adherence to sales processes and customer experience standards.
Lead Management & CRM
- Oversee lead flow and ensure timely follow-ups through CRM.
- Track the full sales funnelfrom lead generation to conversionto maximise closure rates.
Business Development
- Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns to boost walk-ins and enquiries.
- Drive hospital/doctor tie-ups, referral partnerships, and field sales initiatives.
- Support new centre launches with sales planning and execution strategies.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly reports on leads, conversions, revenue, and centre performance.
- Analyse sales trends and recommend strategies for growth.
