Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Marketing Manager, based in Gurgaon. The selected candidate will assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing promotional campaigns, and conducting market analysis. The role involves coordinating with the sales and operations teams, overseeing brand communication, executing events and activations, and identifying avenues for brand growth. The Assistant Marketing Manager will also monitor competitor activities and prepare performance and ROI analysis for marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Brand Communication
• Proficiency in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Data Interpretation
• Ability to execute Events, Activations, and Promotional Activities to drive brand engagement
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• Proven experience in a marketing or brand management role, preferably in the hospitality or beverage industry
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus
