Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented professional with
23 years of hands-on experience using CleverTap and
at least 1 year of experience working with HubSpot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing user segmentation, campaign creation, lifecycle journeys, and performance analytics to boost customer engagement, retention, and conversions. You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and tech teams to execute personalized user journeys and data-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CleverTap platform, including event tracking, user segmentation, journey building, and multi-channel campaign execution (Push, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, In-App, etc.).
- Create, manage, and optimize automated lifecycle journeys such as onboarding, retention, reactivation, and churn prevention.
- Analyze user behavior using CleverTap analytics dashboards to extract insights and prepare performance reports.
- Set up and run A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion metrics.
- Work with product and tech teams to define tracking events and ensure accurate data collection.
- Build dynamic user segments using behavioral and demographic data.
- Support marketing and growth teams with targeted messaging and personalized user experiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and refine strategies to improve KPIs like DAU, MAU, LTV, retention, and churn.
- Use HubSpot for campaign workflow creation, email automation, CRM management, and reporting.
- Ensure seamless integration between CleverTap, HubSpot, and other tools to maintain clean and accurate data flows.
Requirements
- 23 years of proven experience working with CleverTap in a marketing, product, or CRM analytics role.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with HubSpot (email automation, workflows, CRM, campaign management).
- Strong understanding of user behavior metrics, funnel analysis, retention tactics, and segmentation strategies.
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple channels: Push, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and In-App messaging.
- Familiarity with event tracking setup, user properties, cohort analysis, and journey orchestration.
- Strong analytical skills with basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Excel, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
