Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Media & Marketing Assistant Manager, located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The responsibilities include developing and executing media plans, managing new and social media campaigns, overseeing digital marketing initiatives, and ensuring effective communication strategies. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with teams to enhance brand recognition and drive audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Media Planning with strong strategic and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using Social Media Marketing and New Media tools to drive engagement.
• Solid understanding of Digital Marketing techniques and practices.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas clearly.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in media or marketing roles is advantageous.
