We're looking for an Assistant Manager Marketing who's passionate about education, branding, and storytelling. You'll be the bridge between client goals and creative execution managing marketing plans, coordinating across teams, and ensuring every idea comes alive beautifully and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute monthly marketing calendars and outreach activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams design, digital, and content for campaign delivery.
- Create first-level social media calendar and copy drafts aligned to brand tone.
- Support media planning and performance reporting with the digital team.
- Track marketing deliverables, timelines, and client approvals.
- Share insights and recommendations from campaign performance reports.
- Ensure communication consistency across all marketing channels.
You'll Thrive in This Role If You
- Have 24 years of experience in marketing, brand communication, or client servicing (agency or consulting background preferred).
- Understand digital and social media platforms (Meta, Google Ads, basic analytics).
- Enjoy both the creative and analytical sides of marketing.
- Are organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple clients.
- Can write clear, engaging social media copy and coordinate design ideas.
