Hands-on experience in social media marketing not just posting, but building content that drives engagement, recall, and consistency across platforms (especially LinkedIn & Instagram)
Proven ability to plan and execute end-to-end digital campaigns (organic + paid), with clarity on objectives, funnels, and outcomes
Experience in building or managing personal brands (founders/CXOs) understanding voice, positioning, and content that builds authority
Strong inclination towards consumer psychology ability to think in terms of attention, emotion, and behavior (not just trends)
Ability to pitch and sell ideas clearly whether it's a content angle, campaign thought, or strategy (internally and to clients)
Experience in team handling assigning work, reviewing output, and ensuring quality across content, design, and performance
Ability to audit and improve team processes identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and bringing structure to execution
Strong focus on hygiene checks ensuring timelines are met, deliverables are error-free, and nothing slips through the cracks
Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously without losing clarity or control
High ownership mindset takes responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks

Experience working in an agency environment with multiple client categories
Exposure to performance marketing dashboards (Meta, Google) and ability to derive basic insights
Understanding of content formats that drive performance (UGC, hooks, short-form video, etc.)
Prior experience working with real estate / fintech / D2C brands
Familiarity with tools and workflows (Notion, Trello, Sheets, content calendars, etc.)
Ability to bring original content or campaign ideas proactively, not just execute briefs
Basic understanding of branding systems (voice, tone, visual consistency)
