Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Marketing Manager, based in Lucknow. Responsibilities include designing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, analyzing trends, managing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve brand presence. The Assistant Marketing Manager will oversee marketing operations, monitor campaign performance, and ensure alignment with company objectives to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Brand Development
• Experience with Digital Marketing, Market Research, and Social Media Marketing
• Proficiency in Team Collaboration, Stakeholder Management, and Project Coordination
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Lucknow
• Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an advanced degree or certifications in marketing is advantageous.
